Remax Europe real estate plays a pivotal role in the contemporary European property market, offering a dynamic platform for buyers, sellers, and agents alike. Its significance lies in its ability to foster seamless transactions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a vast network of skilled professionals.
The website redesign goal was to provide users with a modern, functional, and user-friendly portal to expand RE/MAX's agent base in European-based countries.
The RE/MAX Europe site redesign unfolded across 3 stages: discovery phase, layout mockup phase and website redesign.The primary aim was to craft a functional, responsive, contemporary, and adaptable website capable of attracting new agent talent as part of RE/MAX's expansion project.
As part of the discovery phase, we undertook the following steps: defining features, mapping user flows, creating low-fidelity prototypes, developing high-fidelity prototypes, implementing micro-interactions, and conducting quality assurance. Over the 8 months, we delved into extensive exploration with stakeholders, the created dozens of screens and testing. Ultimately, the website was launched for use of Real Estate Agents from more than 40 european counties.
